A swordfish filet is sliced, seasoned and grilled then placed on toasted medallions of essential bakery baguette topped with housemade watercress tartar sauce and our cherry-tomato-kalamata olive relish. the plate is centered with a samll bundle of mixed greens tossed in truffle & lemon vinaigrette.
