Dave's Hot Chicken is a fast-casual restaurant that serves chicken. It was founded in 2017 as a pop-up in a Los Angeles parking lot by Chef Dave Kopushyan, Arman Oganesyan, and brothers Tom and Gary Rubenyan. The first brick-and-mortar location opened in East Hollywood in 2018.
