we proudly make our pizza crust with shepherd’s grain sustainable flour. our crusts are lightly brushed with garlic olive oil and we use only premium whole milk mozzarella. every calzone is made with mozzarella cheese, premium ricotta cheese, fresh parmesan cheese, fresh basil and our house-made marinara sauce. start with one of our three delicious sauces: organic roma tomato marinara, basil pesto or hopworks’ velvet esbbq sauce. get creative and build something new!
