grilled marinated local portabella mushrooms are layered with melted provolone, sundried tomatoes and mama lil’s peppers. we add fresh arugula drizzled with a balsamic reduction and serve the sandwich on grilled thick-sliced whole wheat bread with a smear of arugula pesto aioli.
