Thai Fried Chicken (Gai Tod Hat Yai)

Chicken marinate ours in a rich seasoning made with lots of garlic, coriander root, peppercorns, soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Served with topped these savory little crispy fried shallots with freshly cooked sticky rice and homemade sweet chili sauce.
