Instead of using just plan chocolate, we take a Toblerone Chocolate bar and combine it with our delicious Basque cheesecake recipe to create a unique cheesecake flavor profile. We then add a layer of milk chocolate ganache on top and sprinkle it with a crush Toblerone Chocolate bar. Enjoy!
