Italian Sandwich

Mortadella, capicola, genoa salami, provolone, too, banana peppers, red wine vinegar, and a touch of mayo on our french baguette. We use a special red vinegar, it's a cabernet blend vinegar from Spain. Similar blend to the rioja.
