Two soft corn tortillas filled w/ shredded chicken & covered in mole, one of the most complex Mexican sauces made w/ several kinds of dried peppers, nuts, fruits, thickeners & seasonings, the last of which is bitter chocolate. Sprinkled w/ sesame seeds & queso fresco crumbs, served w/ a side of rice & refried black beans.
