Kuebler, Blanche Absinthe Switzerland

The aroma is herbal, light & refreshing. Flavor starts out well, w/ a nice anise sweetness which finishes w/ an alpine wormwood bitterness. Simple, yet extremely enjoyable. Finish is light & creamy.
