Chimichanga

We stuff a flour tortilla with your choice of chunks of beef or spicy chicken, then deep-fry it to a golden brown and top it with cheese sauce. Finished with lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, and pico de gallo. Served with Mexican rice and beans.
