Cookie Puss Cake

A favorite party guest with layers of vanilla and chocolate ice cream, separated by a layer of chocolate crunchies then topped with a scoop of chocolate ice cream in a sugar cone, two chocolate chip cookies, and fudge. Serves 10-12 people.
