Country Fried Steak and Biscuit

Tenderized sirloin hand-breaded and fried with two biscuits, hickory smoked bacon, country ham, green peppers, onion, cheddar, and jack cheeses. Topped with sausage gravy, two eggs and crumbled bacon. Served with cubed potatoes.
