Inspired by the “Kaintocks,” The Tennessee-Kentucky settlers who were original residents of the New Orleans Warehouse District Neighborhood in the 1800s. They were known to bring their “Saloon Style” to the neighborhood’s pubs. Saloon Style Fries Are Served W/ Chili, Cheddar Cheese, and Diced Onions.
