Shredded Adobo Meal

Thin shreds of a classic Filipino delicacy. Chicken and pork cooked slowly in a fusion of garlic, vinegar, pepper and soy sauce. Served with garlic rice or plain rice, fried egg (sunny side up or scrambled) and atchara for side dish.
