Freedom rings have a medium roasting style that pulls out a more balanced, smooth mouth-feel with notes of brown sugar and caramel as well as orange and lemon flavors. This is a single-origin Honduran bean we purchased from a farm called Finca de la Cueva in la Paz, Marcella. This farm in particular has 18,000 coffee trees and is still expanding to include more varieties in the coming years. Honduras boasts the motto of “free, sovereign, and independent.” we hope this roast can provide comfort and a sense of inspiration to those that drink it.
